    To the dead, to the saints:
    Sweet is the mem’ry of their name,
    Their state with comfort filled.

  2. Sound they slept in Blessed Jesus,
    How sweet and sound they slept!
    Through in deep agong and sin,
    From travails they are free.

  3. Further away from sinful world,
    With the Lord they abide;
    Their toil on deadly earth below,
    Crowned with a great reward. Amen.
